The Old Truth

It is an old truth that nobody is perfect. We all have deficiencies, we all need to improve ourselves in several respects. He/she may lack in courage, you in stamina, your neighbor in determination, and his/her neighbor in discipline. But it is also true, that it is up to you to become more courageous, more enduring, more determined, more disciplined. The task is by no means an easy one, but it is perfectly possible.

To avoid hesitation in accepting the leadership responsibilities you must overcome your inner fears and build the confidence upon your mental victories.

Are you determined to share with others the best in you?
