Release the Anger

To help you in that endeavor, we advise you to solve the following problems:
1. Examine some of your prejudices and try to account for their origins;
2. List your fears, such as fear of the dark, of snakes, or of fire, and speculate as to how these may have been formed in your life;
3. Examine the cases in which a single, unfortunate event has definitely affected your general attitude;
4. What is worry? What are some of the things you do when worried?
5. Do you believe a sports team has greater or less chance of winning a game when its players become angry at the opponents?

To achieve the mental balance you must acquire self-knowledge to recognize the reason and the origin of your emotions. This is necessary for channeling both: positive, as well as negative energy toward the victory.

Do you think anger releases greater energy than compassion, and therefore provides better material for building your victorious spirit?
